Coverage Period: The warranty covers either 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first.
All warranty repairs must be carried out at Weymouth Van Centre.
The buyer is responsible for returning the vehicle to Weymouth Van Centre for any assessment or repair work. No reimbursement will be provided for work done at other garages without prior written approval from the seller.
At Weymouth Van Centre, we aim to complete all warranty repairs and inspections as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note that we do not offer courtesy vehicles as part of our warranty service. We recommend making alternative transport arrangements in advance if your vehicle will be off the road for any length of time.
Important Warranty Notice
Once a fault has been reported to us, you must not continue to use the vehicle unless advised otherwise by our team.
Continued use of the vehicle after a fault has been reported may result in the warranty being voided, particularly if further damage occurs as a result.
